Talent Management Maturity Assessment
The purpose of the assessment is to understand how well your talent strategy is aligned with your strategic business objectives. The assessment takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete two sections: Talent Management Maturity and Talent Metrics. An optional third section will help you understand the effectiveness of your organization's talent practices.

All responses will be kept anonymous.

After completing the assessment, you will receive a general Talent Maturity Report that helps you compare your talent practices against other organizations (Note: Please allow for up to six weeks for delivery of the report in order to provide you with meaningful benchmark data).

Section One: Talent Management Maturity Ratings
The first section assesses your organization's talent strategy based on 14 practices along a maturity continuum. Review each practice and its definition to determine: 1) the maturity level of your organization's current state and 2) the maturity level you want your organization to be in 24 months. (Please keep in mind: the desired maturity level should be prioritized based on your organizations strategic business objectives).

Section Two: Talent Metrics
The second section collects key metrics about your current talent practices to provide additional insight into their maturity level. If you do not know the exact answer, please provide the answer to the best of your ability. It is important that every question is completed to get a full and accurate assessment of your organization.

Additional Talent Metrics (optional)
The third section is optional and collects additional metrics that traditionally help organizations understand the efficiency and effectiveness of their talent practices.

Your data may be used as part of an aggregate summary of all organizations' responses, but will not allow for identification of you or your organization. If you would like to receive a customized report that compares your organization's talent management maturity levels and metrics against other similar organizations, you will be able to contact one of our consultants listed in the general report.
